現在、例年に比べて抹茶への需要が急激に高まり、また弊社の抹茶製品に大変多くのお引き合いをいただいたことで、生産能力を遥かに超えた状況が続き、製品が品薄となっています。
したがって、2025年3月19日（水）から当面の間、丸久小山園の直営店５店舗において、下記のように抹茶の販売制限をさせていただきたく存じます。
今年の仕入れまでに、一人でも多くのお客様に行き渡りますよう、販売制限を実施いたします。
多大なご迷惑をおかけしておりますこと深くお詫び申し上げます。

※ ジェイアール京都伊勢丹店は、2024年12月1日より、店頭での抹茶販売を休止し、三越伊勢丹オンラインショップでのみの承りとさせていただくことになりました。

抹茶の販売制限
お一人様につき、抹茶１点までとさせていただきます。（茶銘・容量問わず）
在庫が限られているため、それぞれの銘柄は各店舗/各日に数量限定にて販売をさせていただきます。 売り切れ次第終了です。
※事前予約不可： 現在の生産事情により、抹茶の事前予約をお受付できかねます。
抹茶以外の商品について
各直営店舗にて、抹茶以外のお茶（玉露、煎茶、ほうじ茶、玄米茶など）やお菓子は、現在販売制限を設けておりません。
何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Dear valued customers,
Due to a sharp and continued increase in demand on Matcha products in the past months, the current demand has already over our production capacity. This results in an extreme low stock of all Matcha products at this moment.
Therefore, we regret to announce that a quantity limit restriction on all matcha products is applied at our direct managed shops, from March 19th, 2025.
This measure is made to provide the items to as many customers as possible, while stock lasts. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your full support.

Purchase Limits for Matcha
For one customer: One item only. (Regardless of Tea name or volume)
Possibility of sold out due to limited stock at each location everyday.
※ Reservation for Matcha is unavailable due to limited capacity.
Availability of other products
Other types of tea (Gyokuro, Sencha, Hojicha and Genmaicha etc.), and sweets are provided without purchase limit.
