お客様各位

現在、例年に比べて抹茶への需要が急激に高まり、弊社の生産能力を遥かに超えた状況が続き、製品が品薄となっています。

• 西洞院店・茶房「元庵」は支店の為、在庫限りがございます。下記の点につき、ご留意・ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
  • 抹茶は「一人１点」です。
  • 抹茶全品売り切れの場合があります。
  • 抹茶の予約は出来ません。
• 抹茶の再入荷の日時は未定です。
  本社工場が当店に納品する分も、各日限りあり、到着時間が未定です。売店開店時刻でも、抹茶は入荷していない場合がございます。

※抹茶以外のお茶は通常販売です。

Announcement by Marukyu Koyamaen Nishinotoin Tea Shop & MOTOAN Tea House

In regards to the restock of Matcha

Dear customers,

Due to a sharp and continued increase in demand on Matcha in the past months, the current demand has already over Marukyu Koyamaen’s production capacity. This results in an extreme low stock of all Matcha products at this moment.

• Please note that “Nishinotoin Tea Shop & MOTOAN Tea House” is a branch of Marukyu Koyamaen, and we stock limited quantity of Matcha. We would like to have your kind understanding on the following matters:
  • Purchase limit for Matcha is “One item per person.”
  • Sometimes, all Matcha is sold out.
  • We are unable to take pre-order.
• The Restock timing for Matcha is not fixed:
  The stock we received from the Main Plant is limited, and the restock timing is not fixed. Therefore, it is possible that the matcha is not restocked yet by the time of shop open in the morning.

※ Meanwhile, teas other than matcha is available as usual.

數個月前起，對於抹茶急遽攀升的市場需求已超越丸久小山園的產能，造成目前抹茶的存貨量極低。

• 敝店 西洞院店・茶房「元庵」是丸久小山園的分店，且店內的抹茶存貨有限。我們希望在此獲得各位的諒解：
  • 現階段設有購買限制： 每位客人限購抹茶一罐。
  • 有時敝店的抹茶會完全售完、缺貨。
  • 請恕無法受理預購。
• 抹茶進貨的時機非固定：敝店從本社工廠獲得的補貨量受限，且進貨的時機非固定。因此請注意一早開店時，店內可能尚未完成抹茶的補貨。
  ※ 抹茶以外的茶類等則照常提供。

我們為此情形造成的不便向各位致上深深的歉意。
