香港でオープンしたお店によって、当社が香港に直営店を展開したかのような誤解を
招いております。更に、香港Wellcore社の完全子会社がK１１にて運営するその店舗が、無断で当社製品を取り扱っているという誤解も招いております。
当社は、京都以外には直営店をもたず、今後も、出店の予定はございません。
ただし、香港Wellcore社の子会社がK１１にて運営する店舗は、当社の製品を販売することを認めた正式な取扱店です。
なお、同店舗がカフェで提供するロールケーキその他の加工食品は、香港Wellcore社の
子会社が当社の製品を原材料として製造するものであり、当社の製造する加工品ではございません。
この度の誤解は、香港Wellcore社の子会社の店舗名が明らかでなかったことが原因でしたので、今般両社で協議し、店舗名「京都抹茶庵」を明らかにし、当社との区別を明確にすることで、円満な解決に至りましたことをご報告させていただきます。

有關香港店之聲明
關於本次香港丸久小山園的事件造成外界各方的誤解，在此本公司丸久小山園對外聲明。位於香港尖沙咀K11購物藝術館開張的香港丸久小山園店鋪並非本公司的直營店。是由香港和心公司(Well Core Limited)的子公司所營運。
本公司在日本京都以外沒有直營店，未來也沒有計畫在京都以外的地方經營直營店。於香港丸久小山園販賣的商品，是由本公司承諾供應的正貨商品。經本公司授權許可販賣。
於香港店店內提供的餐點以及點心類的加工食品，是由香港Wellcore的子公司採用本公司供應之抹茶原料製作，非由本公司直接製造和加工。
本次誤解產生主因，是因為由香港Wellcore公司的子公司所營運的店鋪，於店鋪名稱定義上不明確。雙方共同協議之下，店名正式決定為「京都抹茶庵」作為丸久小山園日本茶販賣店的名稱。其店名與本公司直營店做出清楚的區別，期許本事件就此圓滿解決，特別發此聲明。

Announcement
Marukyu Koyamaen hereby would like to make an announcement regarding the shop launched in Hong Kong which has been mistaken for our own shop. At the same time, it would also like to clarify the misunderstanding about the unnotified handling of Marukyu Koyamaen products at the shop operated at K11 shopping center by the Hong Kongese company Wellcore Co.Ltd.
Our company has not opened a shop outside of Kyoto, and does not have plans to do so in the near future. Nevertheless, the shop operated at K11 shopping center by the Hong Kongese company Wellcore Co.Ltd. has been formally authorized to sell our products.
Despite of the fact that the goods served at the shop`s cafe such as the Matcha Roll Cake and other processed goods are using our green tea products as ingredients, those goods are not produced or manufactured by Marukyu Koyamaen.
To avoid further misunderstandings, both companies have had amicable negotiations to reach a solution concerning the name of the shop owned by the Hong Kongese company Wellcore Co.Ltd. The shop name “京都抹茶庵” has been assigned so that the change clearly distinguishes them from our company.
