We have been reported on unauthorized resellers who are reselling Marukyu Koyamaen’s Matcha products online, such as on auction websites, flea market, e-commerce platforms, and social media platforms. Those items are resold without our permission, and furthermore, practices of reselling at significantly mark-up prices and repackaging into smaller portions are also observed.

We hereby would like to raise public awareness on the possible quality and food safety problems due to improper storage method and condition of these Matcha products that are being resold. Please note that Marukyu Koyamaen does not take responsibility for any quality problems, troubles, loss and / or damages related to products that purchased through any of mentioned platforms and sales channels above.

Also, unauthorized usage of product pictures from our official website is considered as copyright infringement. Marukyu Koyamaen Co., Ltd. may take appropriate actions, including legal actions, against any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.
